Incoming Students

If you are interested in studying at InterNapa College under the Erasmus+ Programme your home institution must:
  • have an Inter-institutional agreement with InterNapa College
  • nominate you through email at erasmus@internapa.ac.cy stating your
➢ Family name
➢ First name
➢ Date of birth
➢ Gender
➢ A valid email address
➢ Program of Study at Home Institution
➢ Period of stay (Fall semester, Spring semester or full academic year
➢ Duration of stay in months
➢ the Erasmus University Code.
Nomination emails and Application documents must be submitted by:

Fall Semester/Academic Year

Spring Semester

Nomination Deadline: 15th May

Deadline for application material: 15th June

Nomination Deadline: 15th October

Deadline for application material: 15th November

Application Documents:

All students wishing to apply for an Erasmus study period at InterNapa College must send the following documents completed and signed within the specified deadlines for each semester:

  • Application Form for Erasmus+ Incoming Students
  • English Qualifications certificate
  • Recent Transcript of Records from home institution in English
  • Erasmus+ Learning Agreement signed and stamped by the home institution
  • Copy of passport/identity card
  • A passport size photograph

Once the complete application package is received, all documents are sent to the relevant departments for approval and signature. When the application is approved, an acceptance letter is issued and sent to the student via email. The home institution then receives their application documents back signed. Only after receiving the acceptance letter, the student may proceed to arrange travel arrangements to Cyprus.
